Committee Room (Follis Room)

Before making a booking enquiry you may wish to check the times and dates our "regular users" have booked to ascertain if the slot you require is available. Click Here for the "regular users" diary

Booking Procedure

1.Confirm with the Booking Secretary the date and time you require are available. You will be then advised of the cost.

2.Download and complete "Booking Application & Agreement Form" (right click & save) and return with payment to the Booking Secretary

You will then receive confirmation of your booking.

3. If alcohol is to be served, in addition to the above form you also need to download, complete and return TWO copies of "Authorisation for Alcohol" (right click & save). You also need to read "Premises Licence Information" (right click & save)

If an alcohol licence is required, a risk assessment and the appropriate authorisation will be completed at a meeting with the Designated Hall Supervisor - You will be contacted to arrange this meeting.


If you wish to book the hall on a regular basis this is the "Booking Application Form for Regular Users" (right click & save)


All hirers need to make themselves aware of and familar with the "Booking Terms & Conditions" , "Fire Evacuation Plan" & "Fire Evacuation Instructions" (right click & save)-
